John Afumata Ikediashi, is a retired Director of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), an institution he meritoriously served for 32 (Thirty Two) years. A seasoned bank Examiner and Asset Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.SC) Hons in Insurance from the University of Lagos, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano.
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Benson Idahosa University (BIU), Benin City. He attended several Management and Leadership courses from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) USA.
Personal Information
He began his professional career with the NDIC in 1989 and rose through the various Bank Examination and Asset Management cadres while in service. At various times during this period, he was a member of the Capital Market Committee in NDIC.
He is presently a Director of Phronesis Oak Pine International School, Doxa Special Children Care and a Pioneer Chief Executive of Ikediashi Consult Enterprises, an Educational and Risk Management Consulting Firm set up after retirement from Public Service. He is married and blessed with children.
